Job Summary: The Admin, Facilities & IT Manager is responsible for managing office administration, facility maintenance, and IT infrastructure to ensure smooth business operations. This role involves overseeing office services, vendor management, IT support, and security while ensuring compliance with company policies. Responsibilities: 1. Administration & Facilities Management Oversee office administration, including housekeeping, security, and maintenance. Ensure proper functioning of office equipment, furniture, and supplies. Manage vendor contracts related to facility management, security, cleaning, and cafeteria services. Plan and execute office space allocation and infrastructure improvements. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. 2. IT Management & Support Oversee IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software applications. Manage IT support for employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Coordinate with external IT service providers for system upgrades and maintenance. Implement cybersecurity measures to protect company data and IT assets. Ensure data backup and disaster recovery protocols are in place. 3. Procurement & Vendor Management Handle procurement of office equipment, IT hardware, and software licenses. Negotiate contracts with vendors for office supplies, IT services, and facilities management. Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of services. 4. Security & Compliance Implement security protocols for office premises and IT systems. Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with data protection regulations. Maintain asset records and IT inventory management. 5. Team Coordination & Support Lead and guide administrative and IT support teams. Work closely with HR, Finance, and Operations to align administrative processes with business needs. Conduct training sessions on IT security and office policies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in administration, facilities, and IT management. Strong knowledge of office management, IT systems, and vendor negotiation. Proficiency in IT troubleshooting, network management, and cybersecurity. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple departments effectively. Strong leadership and communication skills.
