Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to manage end-to-end sales hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening top sales talent (both freshers and experienced professionals) to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract top sales professionals through various sourcing channels. Screening & Selection: Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate with hiring managers. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Requirements: Education: Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 0-3 years in recruitment (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome). Skills: Strong sourcing and networking skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
