Job Title: Senior Network Manager Location: Visakhapatnam Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 12 - 20 years Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Networking Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking and IT infrastructure, with expertise in managing and maintaining complex network systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, design, implementation, and management of network infrastructure across multiple locations. Oversee the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of operating systems, device drivers, and graphics card drivers. Manage and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems. Ensure network security by implementing and managing firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network services with other IT systems. Document network configurations, changes, and procedures. Manage a team of network engineers and provide guidance and mentorship. Required Skills: Strong experience in installing and configuring operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.). Expertise in installing and managing device drivers, including graphics card drivers. In-depth knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching. Experience with network security practices, including SSL/TLS, VPNs, and firewalls. Hands-on experience with wireless technologies, LAN/WAN, and SDWAN. Familiarity with cloud networking and virtualized environments. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex network issues. Excellent communication and team management skills. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 12-20 years of experience in networking, with at least 5 years in a Lead role. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
