Admin Officer

As an Admin Officer at our manufacturing site in Bhiwandi, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth plant operations. Your role will involve handling worker-level HR operations, onboarding, induction, and general administrative activities. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely onboarding of workers, including collecting and verifying documents, creating IDs, and entering details into the system. - Conduct induction sessions to familiarize new joiners with company policies, safety rules, and plant procedures. - Monitor attendance records, assist with biometric systems, and coordinate leave tracking for workers. - Maintain employee records in compliance with statutory requirements such as ESIC and PF, and assist in ensuring labor law compliance. - Manage administrative tasks including stationery procurement, uniform distribution, housekeeping coordination, and facility upkeep. - Address day-to-day worker issues, escalate when necessary, and support engagement activities to enhance morale. - Act as a liaison between the plant and central HR/admin teams to facilitate smooth communication and reporting. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in HR/administration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. - Familiarity with labor laws, statutory compliance, and HRMS tools. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. In this role, you will work full-time in a day shift at our manufacturing site in Bhiwandi. Additionally, you will be eligible for Provident Fund benefits and a performance bonus.,
