Administrator – Real Estate & Resort/Spa (South Goa/Vasco)

Preferred: Ex-Defence Personnel

We are hiring an Administrator for a leading Real Estate & Resort/Spa company in South Goa/Vasco. Candidates with a hospitality background and strong administrative experience will be preferred. Ex-Defence personnel (Army/Navy/Air Force) and female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration and resort operations.
• Coordinate with departments for HR, training, audits, vendor management, and compliance.
• Maintain statutory records, SOP adherence, safety standards, and guest-centric operations.
• Support budgeting, cost control, procurement, and maintenance coordination.
• Ensure smooth communication between management and on-ground teams.

Requirements:

• Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• 15–20 years of experience in administration, hotel/resort operations, or real estate admin. ncluding 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in multi-property or pre-opening environments is a strong advantage.
• Proven understanding of hospitality operations, compliance, and service excellence.
• Ex-Servicemen (Army/Navy/Air Force) from Goa strongly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Goa, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
