We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Admin Manager to oversee and manage the hospital’s day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the hospital.
• Supervise staff and ensure smooth functioning of departments.
• Oversee facility management, including maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
• Handle vendor management, procurement, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare standards, and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments to streamline patient services.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and assist in cost control measures.
• Prepare reports for management and support decision-making.
• Address grievances of staff and ensure discipline and efficiency.
• Any other duties assigned by senior management for effective hospital operations.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hospital/healthcare administration.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must be honest, hardworking, and reliable.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
• Other benefits as per company policy.
