Job Title: Admin Manager

Location: Challani Jewellery Mart – T. Nagar, Chennai
Department: Administration
Reporting To: Director / HR Head

Job Summary:

The Admin Manager will oversee all administrative operations of Challani Jewellery Mart to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across departments. This role requires excellent coordination, facility management, vendor handling, and people management skills to support efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all administrative activities including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and office supplies.
  • Supervise and coordinate facility operations for showroom, office, and warehouse.
  • Handle vendor management — quotations, negotiations, and service agreements.
  • Ensure proper functioning of infrastructure, utilities, and office equipment.
  • Oversee travel arrangements, transport, and accommodation for staff and guests.
  • Maintain and monitor AMC contracts, licenses, and compliance documents.
  • Support HR in employee-related services (ID cards, seating, attendance logistics, etc.).
  • Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and security standards.
  • Prepare and monitor administrative budgets and expense reports.
  • Coordinate with departments for smooth execution of internal events and audits.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration / Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in administration, preferably in retail or jewellery sector.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and vendor negotiation ability.
  • Proficient in MS Office and administrative documentation.
  • Ability to handle multitasking and problem-solving under pressure.
