Job Description

Employee Records Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance data. Recruitment Support: Assisting with the recruitment process, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer letter generation. Onboarding: Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Payroll & Benefits Administration: Supporting the payroll and benefits administration processes, such as managing employee leaves, processing salary, and ensuring compliance with benefit programs. Attendance and Leave Management: Tracking employee attendance, managing leave requests, and ensuring compliance with leave policies. Compliance and Legal Matters: Supporting compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and other legal regulations. Performance Management: Assisting with performance management processes, such as performance reviews and appraisals. Employee Communication: Responding to employee inquiries, addressing HR-related concerns, and facilitating effective communication within the organization. Reporting and Data Analysis: Generating reports on key HR metrics, such as attrition rates, performance data, and productivity levels. Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to the HR team and other departments. Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational and administrative skills: Essential for managing large amounts of information and maintaining accurate records. Excellent communication skills: Crucial for interacting with employees, HR staff, and other stakeholders. Proficiency in HR software and systems: Required for managing employee data, processing payroll, and generating reports. Knowledge of HR policies and procedures: Essential for ensuring compliance with company and legal regulations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team: Necessary for managing multiple tasks and collaborating effectively with others. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
