Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
  • Coordinate facility management, housekeeping, and vendor services.
  • Maintain office supplies, records, and documentation.
  • Support HR and finance teams with administrative requirements.
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and internal communication.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2–4 years in administration or facility management.
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,745.41 - ₹25,711.37 per month
