Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Activation and renewal of RFID passes/Whitelisting for Mall staff, Tenants and commercial employees as per instruction and approval from Mall Management.
Share MIS reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis on RFID passes/whitelisting with current status.
Maintain all documents related to passes issued and produce the same during any audit.
Collect and record proper acknowledgement for Mall operations and accounts managers for passes activated and amount credited to the Mall bank account.
Conduct surprise cash audits at cashier pay stations and valet counters in frequent intervals.
Conduct pass audits and frequency check of pass vehicles to prevent any misuse of concessional facility provided for staff/employees.
Ensure all SOPs are followed while issuing, renewing, deactivating the RFID/whitelisting passes and proper records are maintained for audits.
Correspondence with the Commercial clients and Mall operations team for any changes to be made and cross verify the approvals for renewal of passes.

Ensure pass activation/recharge is done by choosing the right tariff as per the category of passes
