Candidate Requirement: · Minimum 5 years of experience in Admin/Office Operations & data Analysis role · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · We need someone who has ideas to take us ahead, strong follow-up skills who takes initiative. · A positive and can-do attitude, self-motivated and energetic. Job Description: Administration: 1. Ensure office operates without any hinderence 2. Maintain various agreements, documents, forms and formats as per pre-defined formats (latest version). 3. Ensure that quality and cost control is maintained in all departments. 4. Ensure clean office environment. 5. Take initiative in manager’s absence 6. Do phone surveys/inquiries as needed 6. Routinely re-order department supplies Manage Office Equipment: 1. Maintain cleanliness of office premise and equipment. 2. Tak care of office beautification 3. Maintain Office equipment inventory and stock of material 4. Ensure that amenities are provided for staff working in shifts and after office hours as per company policy 5. Maintenance of Office equipment is done as per schedule, contracts are reviewed and renewed as required. 6. Record keeping of stationary and providing the same. Vendor Management : 1. Vendor identification of lowest cost vendor & empanelment 2. Material procurement 3. Negotiation with vendor 4. Market cost analysis before material procurement 5. Maintain & update Vendor detail MIS Information Management 1. Gathering, migrating, storing, organizing, and analyze data to identify trends and insights. 2. Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as well as ad hoc reports as needed. 3. Provide support and maintenance for existing MIS systems, ensuring they function correctly. 4. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data used in MIS reports. 5. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance MIS efficiency and effectiveness. 6. Present data and insights to management in a clear and concise manner. 7. Work with other departments and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure MIS supports their operations 8. Assisting the IT team in taking a back-up of data/information as needed. HR Support: 1. Assist in joining formalities of new jopiners 2. Uniform management, ID card management 3. Interview line up 4. Gate hiring 5. Tasks as assigned Visitors: 1. Screen to control interruptions 2. Arrange amenities as needed Warehouse Supervision: 1. Responsible for material movement 2. Order Checking 3. Tasks as assigned
