Admin cum HR Manager

Managing the hiring process, including job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. Addressing employee concerns, resolving grievances, and fostering a positive work environment. Developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and communicating policies to employees. Assisting with performance reviews, employee development, and training programs. Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records. Supporting payroll processing, managing employee benefits, and handling related paperwork. Legal compliances viz rera rules and regulation and CIDCO etc. Managing office operations, including supplies and equipment + AMC and contracts. Scheduling meetings and appointments. Handling correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters). Maintaining records and files, both physical and digital. Skillset required: Office Management Scheduling and Meetings Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills Organizational and Time Management Skills Attention to detail and accuracy.
