Qualification:

1. must have 7 to 10 years of experience in admin and HR work (Experience in Construction industry is preferred).

2. must have a Bachelor Degree (MBA preferred).

3. knowledge of MS Office and work related software.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining employee records and HR related documents.

2. Attendance and leave management.

3. Recruitment and onboarding.

4. Maintaining payroll and other benefits.

5. Employee relations and grievances.

6. Ensure HR policies and legal compliances.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
