Job Description

As an ideal candidate for this position, you should have 7 to 10 years of experience in admin and HR work, with a preference for experience in the Construction industry. A Bachelor's Degree is a requirement, and having an MBA would be advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office and other work-related software is necessary for this role. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintaining employee records and HR-related documents. - Managing attendance and leave records. - Handling recruitment and onboarding processes. - Managing employee relations and addressing grievances. - Ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal regulations. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work location for this role is in person.
