Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR cum Admin Manager located in Chandigarh. The HR cum Admin Manager will be responsible for managing human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Administrative duties will include coordinating office activities and operations, managing schedules, maintaining records and databases, and ensuring smooth office operations. The role also involves handling communication, both internal and external, and overseeing office supply inventory.
