Civil Construction Supervisor

Project Planning & Execution:

• Overseeing all on-site activities for interior construction and renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, according to Expertia AI.
• Reviewing and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and project plans to ensure accurate implementation on site.
• Coordinating with workers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, including designers, architects, and external agencies.
• Managing labor and site teams effectively, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment

Communication & Reporting:

• Liaising with project managers, clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Providing progress updates, reports, and documentation, including maintaining detailed records of site activities.
• Facilitating communication between project managers, designers, and stakeholders regarding project status and progress update.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior construction supervision or a related role.
• Proven experience in site supervision for interior projects, particularly fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, and MEP coordination.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
