Civil Construction Supervisor

As a Production Manager, your role involves ensuring the availability of 3M (Man, Machine & Material) on a daily basis and maintaining the Reorder Level (ROL) of production material. You will be responsible for evaluating daily production reports and submitting them to management. Your key responsibilities will include managing the manufacturing element of the organization to ensure high-quality business activities with maximum efficiency, service, and profitability. You will also be tasked with developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations, ensuring that factory machinery is well-maintained, and analyzing production data to identify and resolve any issues. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in a production management role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Knowledge of quality control principles - Ability to motivate and inspire factory workers - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred The company values employee well-being and offers health insurance as part of the benefits package.
