Position Overview:

We are looking for a Civil Construction Supervisor to oversee and coordinate day-to-day site activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in industrial or commercial building projects, with strong knowledge of site execution, labor management, and finishing work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor site work execution as per drawings and instructions.
• Manage labor, materials, and subcontractors efficiently on-site.
• Ensure work is carried out as per quality standards and safety norms.
• Check measurements, leveling, and alignment of civil works.
• Coordinate with Site Engineer and Project Manager for work planning.
• Maintain daily progress reports, attendance, and site records.
• Oversee RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing activities.
• Verify material requirements and report shortages in advance.
• Assist in inspection and quality control checks at each stage.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety compliance at the site.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 5–10 years in building or industrial construction projects
• Technical Skills:
• Good understanding of RCC and finishing works
• Ability to read and understand civil drawings
• Knowledge of construction tools, materials, and work sequencing
• Basic computer and reporting knowledge preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
