Civil Construction Supervisor

You will be responsible for ensuring the availability of 3M (Man, Machine & Material) on a daily basis and maintaining the Reorder Level (ROL) of production material. Your key responsibilities will include evaluating daily production reports, managing the manufacturing element of the organization to ensure high-quality business activities, and developing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations. Additionally, you will be required to ensure that factory machinery is well-maintained, analyze production data to resolve any issues, and inspect finished products for quality standards. Motivating factory workers to achieve targets and assisting Line Supervisors in maximizing customer satisfaction will also be part of your role. Qualifications required for this role include a strong background in manufacturing operations, the ability to analyze data effectively, and excellent communication skills to motivate and lead a team.
