Key Responsibilities Site Execution & Supervision Oversee day-to-day civil construction activities on site. Verify that work is executed as per drawings, technical specifications, and industry standards. Ensure proper sequencing of activities to maintain project timelines. Quality Control Check shuttering, reinforcement, concrete works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing activities. Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets required quality. Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly. Coordination & Communication Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and vendors. Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) and share with the project owner. Communicate delays, material shortages, or site issues proactively. Material & Resource Management Monitor material consumption and prevent wastage. Track deliveries and maintain site inventory. Ensure tools, equipment, and manpower are optimally utilized. Safety & Compliance Ensure all safety protocols are followed on site. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment. Comply with local regulations and project-specific guidelines. Documentation Maintain site records, checklists, measurement sheets, and photo documentation.
