Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Manager to oversee the smooth running of our office operations while managing core HR processes. The role is admin-heavy, requiring hands-on involvement in vendor management, facility upkeep, office coordination, and administrative compliance, alongside handling essential HR functions such as recruitment, employee lifecycle, and payroll coordination. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, resourceful, and capable of independently managing both office administration and HR responsibilities.


About the Role


The HR & Admin Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the office and the effective management of HR processes.

Responsibilities


  • Administration (Primary Focus):


  • Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace
  • Vendor management: negotiate contracts, track invoices, renewals, and service agreements
  • Manage facilities, housekeeping, repairs, and office upkeep for a professional environment
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, AMC renewals, and asset records
  • Coordinate logistics, travel, courier dispatches, and event-related support
  • Maintain records of office expenses, petty cash, and support basic budgeting for admin functions
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and safety requirements related to office operations
  • Act as single point-of-contact for internal teams and senior management for all admin-related


  • Human Resources (Supporting Function):


  • Maintain employee database, HR files, and ensure statutory documentation is updated
  • Attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination with finance team
  • Assist in policy drafting, HR SOPs, and statutory compliance with consultants (PF, ESI, labor laws)
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Facilitate performance appraisal processes and exit formalities
