Admin & Account Executive

Company: Accountsly & Associates
Location: Sector 74, Phase 8B, Mohali

We are looking for an Admin & Account Executive who can efficiently manage daily office operations and support basic accounting tasks. If you are organized, proactive, and comfortable handling both admin + accounts, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calls, emails, and client communication
  • Support HR with onboarding and administrative tasks
  • Enter accounting data in Tally / Zoho / QuickBooks
  • Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers
  • Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger updates

Requirements:

  • B.Com / BBA or similar qualification
  • 1–2 years of admin or accounting experience (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Good communication and MS Office skills
  • Organized, responsible, and able to multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
