Accountsly is a fast-growing accounting and bookkeeping firm serving clients globally. We're on a mission to simplify financial operations for startups and businesses across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. As we scale, we’re building a world-class outbound sales function — and we’re looking for a strategic, driven Business Development Manager to lead it.

Job Summary

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target growth opportunities in international markets
  • Build and execute outbound sales strategies via cold email, LinkedIn, and B2B platforms
  • Engage with decision-makers (CPAs, founders, finance leads)
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and close deals
  • Develop scalable sales playbooks, pipelines, and processes
  • Set KPIs, track performance, and report sales metrics
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams for onboarding and retention

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–6 years of B2B sales experience in IT/Services/BPO/KPO, with international clients
  • Proven success in closing deals in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia
  • Experience with sales tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, HubSpot/CRM
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to CPA firms, accounting clients, or SaaS startups
  • Familiarity with cloud accounting services or outsourced finance
  • Knowledge of B2B marketplaces (Clutch, Upwork, etc.)
  • Experience in team-building or sales training
