Over the past 5 years, Mrida has impacted over 20,000 individuals across 42 villages in 9 States of India. Mrida continually seeks growth funding, strategic tie-ups, and collaborations to enhance its impact and business.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager – International Sales, based in New Delhi. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with international clients, and creating strategic partnerships. The role involves market research, developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding Mrida's international market presence.

Qualifications

  • Business Development and International Sales skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in market research and developing sales strategies
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with international clients
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field
  • Experience in the social venture or development sector is a plus
