Job Description

Company: Ode to Odd — a contemporary clothing label with in-house production
Location: Onsite at Siliguri.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin & Accounts Executive to join our production unit. This person will be responsible for maintaining smooth day-to-day operations — from managing accounts and documentation to handling general administration.

You will work closely with the founder and production team to ensure everything runs efficiently across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

  • Maintain all company accounts and prepare regular financial reports
  • Handle invoicing, challans, and e-way bills
  • Conduct bank reconciliations (BRS) and maintain tally records
  • Oversee payroll processing and employee reimbursements
  • Track and tally inventory on regular basis

Administration

  • Ensure the smooth running of daily operations and resolve any administrative or agency issues
  • Manage bookings for couriers, shipments, and travel (domestic & international)
  • Maintain office upkeep, service contracts, and ensure all essentials (stationery, phone, utilities, etc.) are functioning smoothly
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and facility-related needs
  • Manage office supplies and maintain updated stock records

Office Coordination

  • Schedule meetings and assist with internal communication
  • Organize staff celebrations and team activities
  • Maintain all accounting and inventory documentation (physical and digital)
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors or external partners
  • Maintain employee databases and emergency contact lists (SOS information)
  • Handle logistics such as catering, materials, and deliveries

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in admin/accounting (preferably in a small business or manufacturing setup)
  • Proficient in Tally, Excel, and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
