Role Description

This is a full-time, Admin & Account Executive role located in Mumbai. The Admin & Account Executive will manage daily administrative tasks, including record-keeping, and financial functions, such as maintaining petty cash, processing GST compliance, and preparing financial statements. The role also involves the use of accounting software, assisting in financial audits, and supporting overall office operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience with Petty Cash handling and proficiency in Accounting Software
• Strong knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance and Financial Statements preparation
• Understanding of Finance principles and financial reporting practices
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Previous work experience in the construction or waterproofing industry is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
