Sales Engineer

Qualification:

• Graduate Engineer in 

  Civil / Chemical / Polymer

• Post Graduate in Marketing Management

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

   of relevant work experience in 

  Sales, or Technical Marketing

   within the 

  infrastructure construction / construction chemicals industry

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets within the 

  B2B and B2G infrastructure construction sector

  .
• Build and maintain strong relationships with 

  key clients, consultants, contractors, and government agencies

  .
• Stay updated on 

  emerging technologies, products, and trends

   in the infrastructure and construction chemicals industry.
• Provide technical expertise on 

  concrete and construction chemical applications

  , with a special focus on 

  waterproofing solutions

  .
• Guide clients and internal teams on 

  concrete admixtures and mix designs

  .
• Conduct 

  seminars, workshops, and presentations

   for clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
• Prepare and present 

  sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market analysis

  .
• Collaborate with internal teams to support 

  product development and improvements

  .
• Identify and capture 

  new business opportunities, market expansion possibilities, and partnerships

  .
• Travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.
• Align sales activities with management to achieve desired 

  business outcomes

  .

• Strong 

  technical understanding

   of concrete technology, construction chemicals, and waterproofing systems.
• Excellent 

  communication and presentation skills

• Proficiency in preparing 

  MIS, reports, and sales projections
