Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office administration tasks
  • Prepare and manage invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders
  • Assist with proposal documentation and client communication
  • Maintain records of office supplies, vendor communication, and petty cash
  • Support the finance team in reconciliation and data entry
  • Coordinate internal meetings and maintain documentation
  • Ensure compliance with organizational processes and deadlines
