About the Role

Ad Sales Executive

Work Mode

• 70% Field Work

   – visiting clients including 

  restaurants, retail outlets, clinics, showrooms, and agencies

  .

• 30% Office Work

   – proposals, reporting, coordination, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients including 

  restaurants, cafés, retail stores, clinics, educational institutes, brands, and agencies

  .

• Sell advertising on 

  Pickadspace KSRTC terminal screens

   and 

  Pickadspace restaurant screens

  .

• Conduct regular field visits to pitch Pickadspace’s digital advertising solutions.

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable media plans.

• Manage the complete sales cycle: 

  lead generation → meeting → proposal → closure

  .

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

• Coordinate with operations and creative teams for smooth campaign execution.

• Track sales activity, prepare reports, and meet monthly revenue targets.

• Stay updated on market trends and active advertisers in the city

Requirements

• 0–2 years experience in Ad Sales / Media Sales / Business Development (Freshers can apply).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

• Basic understanding of OOH or advertising is an added advantage.

• Two-wheeler preferred for client visits.
