Ad Operations Executive

We are looking for an Ad Operations Executive to manage the technical and logistical aspects of digital advertising campaigns. He/She will ensure smooth campaign execution, from setup and trafficking to optimization and reporting, across various platforms and will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, managing budgets, and collaborating with different teams to achieve campaign goals.

JOB LOCATION: Navi Mumbai (Belapur)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Campaign Setup & Trafficking:

  Implement and manage digital ad campaigns across various platforms and trafficking ad creatives.

• Quality Assurance:

  Ensure accurate implementation of ads, tags, creative assets, and tracking pixels.

• Monitoring & Optimization:

  Monitoring campaign performance, analyse data and proactively optimize for delivery and KPIs (CTR, viewability, conversions, etc.).

• Reporting & Analysis:

  Generate and monitor campaign metrics to ensure optimal performance and identify areas of improvement.

• Troubleshooting:

  Diagnose and resolve issues related to campaign delivery, ad tags, and tracking discrepancies.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign operations.

• Inventory Management:

  Monitor ad inventory and suggest improvements to maximize fill rates and revenue.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in ad operations or digital campaign management.
• Familiarity with ad serving platforms (e.g., Google Admob, ironsource, Campaign Manager 360).
• Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and third-party ad tags.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel including advanced formulas, macros and data visualisation tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
