Job Description

As an Area Customer Success Manager at ABC Digital, your role is crucial in driving cross-selling opportunities, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving business targets within the branch. By utilizing centrally shared customer data and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify and capitalize on opportunities to promote ABCL products and services, ultimately expanding the customer base and enhancing customer value. Key Responsibilities: - Mine cross-sell opportunities from centrally shared customer data by understanding relevant user insights and pitching cross-sell opportunities directly and through customer service executives (CSEs) of units. - Maintain awareness of the available product bouquet and their fit with various customer personas to identify opportunities for offering combination solutions based on customer needs. - Work closely with product managers to build product-wise cross-sell propositions. - Nurture relationships with CSEs of units to enable meaningful scale for cross-sell opportunities and improve customer lifecycle value. - Collaborate with cross-unit teams to set and achieve targets for cross-sell, new client acquisition, and higher products per customer. - Develop the cross-sell blueprint for the zone with cross-unit alignment. - Ensure robust lead generation by networking across CSEs of various units to drive cross-sell opportunities and follow up with sales teams for closure of generated leads. - De-bottleneck any issues wherever needed for effective query redressal. - Achieve new client acquisition targets for the branch and consistently deliver cross-sell product/service offerings, driving innovation based on contextual customer needs. - Track scale and quality on a day-to-day basis, identifying opportunities for improvement. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Proven experience in customer success management, cross-selling, and lead generation. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Proficiency in data analysis and identifying customer insights. - Prior experience in the fintech industry is a plus.
