Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Trainer who will be responsible for training internal staff and trainees on practical accounting operations, including Payroll management, PF, ESIC compliance, and other core accounting functions. The role also involves hands-on exposure to real-time accounting systems and statutory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Development-

• Conduct practical training sessions on accounting fundamentals and advanced accounting practices.
• Train employees/trainees on real-time accounting entries and processes.
• Prepare training materials, case studies, and practical assignments.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Payroll Management-

• Train and oversee monthly payroll processing.
• Explain salary structure, CTC calculation, deductions, incentives, and arrears.
• Handle payroll reconciliation and reporting.

PF & ESIC Compliance-

• Train staff on PF & ESIC registration, contribution calculation, and filing.
• Ensure timely PF & ESIC challan generation and payment.
• Handle monthly and annual PF & ESIC returns.
• Guide on employee joining, exit formalities, and UAN management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory laws and updates.

Accounting & Finance-

• Training on journal entries, ledger posting, and trial balance.
• Explain GST basics, return filing, and reconciliation.
• Teach bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
• Guide on TDS computation, return filing, and compliance.
• Train on finalization of accounts, P&L, and balance sheet basics.
• Costing, revenue tracking, and expense analysis.

Software & Reporting-

• Provide training on accounting software (Tally/Busy/Zoho or equivalent).
• Guide on MIS preparation and financial reporting.
• Maintain proper documentation and records.

Required Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting, payroll, and statutory compliance.
• Prior experience as a trainer or mentor will be an added advantage.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESIC, GST, and TDS.
• Practical exposure to accounting software.
• Good communication and teaching skills.
• Ability to explain complex accounting concepts in a simple manner.
• Strong analytical and compliance-oriented mindset.
