The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations and strong communication skills to deliver engaging and effective training sessions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct classroom and online training sessions on accounting principles, Tally, GST, Income Tax, and other relevant accounting software/tools. Develop and update training materials, manuals, and assessments as per the latest accounting standards. Provide practical knowledge on bookkeeping, journal entries, ledger posting, trial balance, and financial statement preparation. Guide learners on compliance processes like GST returns, TDS, payroll, and reconciliation. Assess trainees’ progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure learning outcomes are achieved.
