Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Accounts Trainer to train students and

professionals in accounting concepts, software applications, and practical business

finance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations

and strong communication skills to deliver engaging and effective training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and online training sessions on accounting principles, Tally, GST,

Income Tax, and other relevant accounting software/tools.

• Develop and update training materials, manuals, and assessments as per the latest

accounting standards.

• Provide practical knowledge on bookkeeping, journal entries, ledger posting, trial

balance, and financial statement preparation.

• Guide learners on compliance processes like GST returns, TDS, payroll, and

reconciliation.

• Assess trainees’ progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure learning

outcomes are achieved.

• Coordinate with the training team and management to schedule and deliver sessions.

• Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, taxation laws, and software tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

• Proven experience (2+ years) in accounting, finance, or as a trainer in the same field.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST, and Income Tax filing.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging way.

• Certification in accounting software (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Practical knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax).

• Experience in corporate or academic training.

• Good interpersonal and mentoring skills.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
