About the Role

MITS Academy is looking for a passionate and confident Accounts Trainer to train students in accounting fundamentals and practical skills. Candidates with basic accounting knowledge and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Freshers can also apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach students basic to intermediate accounting concepts.
• Cover topics like bookkeeping, GST, TDS, payroll, balance sheets, and financial statements.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions on accounting tools such as Tally and MS Excel.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
• Track student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain attendance, class records, and progress reports.
• Support students with doubts and practical understanding.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of Tally is an advantage (training can be provided).
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or any relevant commerce qualification.
• Freshers or up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
