Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.- 5+ years of billing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in logistics, freight broking, or transportation preferred.- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including XLOOKUP) and familiarity with RPA or other automation tools.- Ability to audit, research, and process invoices with a high degree of accuracy.- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.- Proven ability to manage teams, prioritize tasks, and drive process improvements.
