Role Overview: As a BNFT Accounts Receivable Associate at Voya India, you play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate processing and reporting of receivables. Your responsibilities include being highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and a valuable team player. You will be involved in various activities related to accounts receivable processing and the revenue contract lifecycle to ensure proper revenue recognition and invoicing for the business. Your expertise in revenue contracts and accounts receivable, along with a solid understanding of industry standards, will be essential in fulfilling the following responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: - Assist with generating and sending invoices accurately and on time by: - Prepping the monthly Bill Lines Report and reviewing detail lines for billing using predefined checklists - Prepping usage files and validating system-generated invoices for completeness and accuracy - Prepping and correcting invoice presentations in Adobe Pro - Sending invoices to customers via email or portals - Downloading customer detail files - Help track outstanding receivables, follow up on overdue accounts, and process credit memos by: - Sending predefined Dunning emails based on aging reports - Sending invoice copies, statements, or other support requested by customers - Processing AR credit memos and documenting them in Oracle Receivables module and SFDC - Performing month-end close activities, including standard journal entries and account reconciliations - Validate executed revenue contracts by: - Reviewing contracts and creating/correcting service contracts in SFDC - Reviewing Subscriptions created in Oracle Subscription Management post integration from SFDC - Performing additional setup related to subscription, product status, billing, and revenue templates - Updating subscriptions as required for uplift or corrections Qualifications Required: - Finance or Accounting degree with 4-9 years of experience - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial software - Proficiency in Oracle ERP, SFDC, and experience in Blackline account reconciliations is a plus - Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail - Effective communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions and team collaboration - Problem-solving and analytical skills for navigating challenges - Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks concurrently *Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.,
