Role: Accounts Receivable Executive

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Experience: 2–6 years
Client: Advanced analytical & laboratory instruments distribution company

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers via email/phone for pending payments & overdue invoices.
• Prepare and issue account statements and payment reminders.
• Record and reconcile customer payments against invoices in ERP/accounting system.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and customer support teams to resolve disputes.
• Escalate unresolved payment issues to the Manager.
• Support internal audits related to receivables and collections.
• Identify and account for received payments; clear suspense accounts for unidentified receipts.
• Perform other finance‑related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Finance.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and MS Office.
• Ability to manage collections and resolve discrepancies effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
