Position Overview:

As an Accounts Receivable Assistant at Glide Insurance Broking Services Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of accounts receivable records, timely collection of outstanding payments, and compliance with various statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records.
• Prepare and send invoices to Insurers promptly.
• Follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely collections.
• Reconciliation of accounts receivable.
• Handle client inquiries related to billing and payments.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of Tally, MS Office, and various statutory compliance requirements.
• Assist in preparing financial reports related to accounts receivable.
• Collaborate with the finance and insurance teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in using Tally and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance, including GST, IT, PF, ESI, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Salary:

Salary for this position will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
