Role Overview We are seeking an accomplished Head – Corporate Sales with deep experience in the insurance broking industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and strengthening Glide’s position as the go-to broker for corporate and institutional clients. Key Responsibilities Define and execute sales strategy to expand Glide’s corporate insurance portfolio. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Build, nurture, and retain senior-level relationships with CXOs, promoters, and decision-makers. Drive large-ticket acquisitions across Property, Liability, Marine, Employee Benefits, and Group Health. Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to ensure seamless client servicing. Track market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities. Represent Glide at key industry forums and networking events. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 10–15 years of experience in corporate sales within the insurance broking industry (mandatory). Strong track record of winning and managing marquee corporate accounts. Proven leadership experience in building and managing sales teams. In-depth understanding of commercial insurance products and broking dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Graduate/Postgraduate; MBA preferred.
