Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AR Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Accounts Receivable services, including cash posting, denial management, and AR follow-up. Familiarity with industry-specific software such as Brightree, NikoHealth, or Bonafide is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and timely cash posting to ensure proper allocation of payments.
• Manage and resolve denials by conducting thorough analysis and implementing effective denial management strategies.
• Conduct in-depth AR follow-up to ensure timely reimbursement and resolution of outstanding claims.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address root causes of payment delays or denials.
• Utilize industry-specific software for efficient processing and analysis.
• Stay informed about industry changes, regulations, and best practices related to medical billing and RCM.
• Provide guidance and training to junior AR specialists as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in medical billing and Revenue Cycle Management.
• Proven expertise in cash posting, denial management, and AR follow-up.
• Experience with industry-specific software such as Brightree, NikoHealth, or Bonafide.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare billing regulations and compliance requirements.
• Relevant certifications in medical billing or Revenue Cycle Management are a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
