Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Caller located in Ahmedabad. The Accounts Receivable Caller will be responsible for contacting insurance companies and patients to follow up on outstanding balances, verifying claim status, and processing payments. The role involves accurate data entry, maintaining detailed records, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely collection of receivables to support the financial health of the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in contacting insurance companies and patients, and verifying claim status
• Knowledge of medical billing and coding, including CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS level II, and DRG codes
• Strong data entry and record-keeping skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using billing software and technology solutions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in healthcare or revenue cycle management is preferred
