Job Description

Job Description: You will be responsible for timely reviewing and processing vendor bills, ensuring appropriate approvals, and accurate GL coding. Handling AP for multiple subsidiaries, including foreign currency transactions. You will also be required to fulfill purchase orders, review/approve employee expense reports, and resolve vendor queries and discrepancies professionally. Additionally, you will execute domestic and international wire transfers accurately and in a timely manner. Ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations in India and the US is a key part of your role. You may also be assigned additional tasks and responsibilities as needed. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Accounting preferred, with 3+ years of relevant work experience - Strong knowledge of Indian taxation including GST, TDS, and Income Tax - Familiarity with US taxation is a strong advantage - Hands-on experience with tools such as SAP Concur, NetSuite, Salesforce, and Tipalti is a plus - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - High attention to detail and strong time-management skills,
