Designation: Senior Analyst - II& III (Accounts Payable Specialist) Location: Ahmedabad Experience Range: 1+ Years Salary Range: -UPTO 6 LPA We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage our accounts payable processes and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and supporting compliance with accounting standards. Key Responsibilities: Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification, approval, and payment processing. Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions and ensure timely payments to vendors. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Assist in preparing documentation for external audits related to accounts payable. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate coding and classification of expenses. Generate reports on accounts payable activities and provide insights for financial planning. Communicate with vendors to address inquiries and resolve payment issues. Utilize accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks to maintain accounts payable records.
