Accounts Payable Senior Associate

In this role, you will be responsible for processing a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. You will resolve invoice discrepancies and issues in a timely and professional manner, collaborating closely with vendors and internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will review and reconcile vendor statements, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or outstanding items. It will be your duty to maintain vendor master data and ensure compliance with vendor setup and maintenance procedures. Furthermore, you will assist with internal and external audits by providing supporting documentation and resolving audit inquiries. Your qualifications for this position should include fluency in English and a minimum of 4 years of experience with SAP. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems is required, with experience in SAP or Oracle preferred. You must possess excellent attention to detail and accuracy, along with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, enabling you to identify and resolve issues independently. Moreover, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment is crucial. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
