Accounts Payable Assistant

Key Responsibilities And Outcomes

• Administration and management of accounts payable for all entities within the group
• Ensure appropriate authorisation for all purchases, including travel expenses
• Processing purchase invoices in the ERP
• Perform initial review of expenses to ensure appropriate approvals obtained and correct coding in the ERP
• Corporate card management
• Cash administration and management:
• Manage India banking transactions, including preparation of payment run files
• Perform month-end bank reconciliations for all entities within the group
• Act as key point of contact for any employee queries regarding the expenses system
• Ensure adherence to all financial reporting deadlines across the group
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures
• Provide support to the Head of Finance & Administration
  

Requirements

• Experience working with SAP preferable, but not essential
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint presentation skills
• Close attention to detail
