Accounts Payable Assistant

Your Role

• Acquire, review, and process supplier invoices for payment
• Perform data entry of vendor invoices and maintain accurate records
• Research discrepancies, unapproved, and aged invoices to ensure proper resolution
• Assist with vendor inquiries and provide analysis and research support
• Conduct periodic vendor statement reconciliations to confirm all invoices are processed
• Support preparation and distribution of weekly Accounts Payable reporting
• Promote and demonstrate the client's culture in daily operations
  

What You Need

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) with a minimum of 5+ years in general accounting
• Strong customer service responsiveness with the ability to resolve issues while maintaining positive relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of a large organization
• Deadline-oriented, capable of handling multiple and competing priorities in both individual and team settings
