Job Role

Looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Helpdesk Analyst who can provide support by answering queries revolving around the entire function of Accounts payable. The queries would be raised by Internal and external parties. The queries would revolve around Invoices, payments & VMD scope of operations. Should be able to handle and manage escalations, drive process changes to mitigate errors and escalations. Create and ensure to have the Process documents are kept updated.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support Customer Queries on Accounts Payable functions

  • Query lifecycle management

  • Exhibit Attention to detail in understanding the query and answering the same

  • Adhere to query management / workflow tools to ensure ticketing is done accordingly

  • Liaison with internal / external teams for gathering information for query resolutions.

  • Adhere to Query Management Service levels & measurments

  • Documentation / Audit trail creation for actions performed on query.

  • Being proactive and seeking to anticipate customers needs & questions

  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Professional Background

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in Accounts Payable & PTP process

  • Customer service experience

  • Core knowledge of the areas of Accounts Payable (VMD, Invoice processing, payments etc)

  • Proven skills on First time resolution

  • Proven skills on driving Customer satisfaction

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Oracle)

  • Exposure to working with global regions (US, EMEA, APAC)

  • Prior experience in process transitions, client interactions, and SLA-driven delivery will be an advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • 4 to 10 years of experience in Accounts Payable & PTP process

  • Experience working on AppZen

  • Proficiency in ERP Accounts Payable modules (Oracle, SAP) and related reporting tools.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements.

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills for a global environment.

Core Skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in processing.

  • Good Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good teamwork and collaboration mindset.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
