Ltd. 💼 Industry: Warehousing & Logistics 💰 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience & interview) 👥 Gender: Male Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to lead our Accounts Department. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience in managing end-to-end accounting operations with strong expertise in GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Invoicing, Funding, and LLP compliance. This role requires excellent leadership, attention to detail, and an in-depth understanding of Indian Taxation & Accounting Standards. Key Responsibilities ✔ Accounts Management & Leadership Lead and supervise the accounts team and day-to-day operations. Manage sales & purchase invoices, ledgers, and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. ✔ Taxation & Statutory Compliance Manage 30+ GST accounts, including filings, reconciliations & audits. Handle 300+ invoices every month with accuracy and efficiency. Ensure compliance with TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements. ✔ Financial Planning, Budgeting & Funding Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis. Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements. Ensure LLP & corporate compliance in financial structuring and funding. ✔ Financial Reporting & Analysis Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Conduct variance analysis and provide insights for decision-making. ✔ Audit & Internal Controls Coordinate with internal & external auditors. Establish and maintain strong internal control systems. ✔ Other Key Activities Manage customer accounts, bank reconciliations, and agreements. Maintain courier and compliance-related documentation.
