Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

· Adhere to organizational processes, protocols, and compliance standards in day-to-day operations.

· Verifying accounting entries in Tally ERP to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies and supporting documents.

· Verifying entries recorded in the money receipt book to ensure accuracy and proper acknowledgment of payments received.

· Verifying all accounts-related files and registers to ensure proper documentation, accuracy, and compliance with accounting standards.

· Verifying daily opening and closing reports to ensure accurate record of cash, bank or operations on a daily basis.

· Verifying cash book entries to ensure accuracy of cash transactions and proper maintenance of records.

· Responsible for preparing monthly closing reports and maintaining them in the prescribed format to ensure accurate financial reporting.

· Responsible for preparing the monthly recurring budget plan in the prescribed format.

· Responsible for preparing GST sheets accurately for monthly/quarterly filing, including reconciliation of input and output GST, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

· Assisted Chartered Accountant in audit and taxation-related work, including data compilation, verification of books, and preparation of supporting documents for tax filings and statutory audits.

· Responsible for executing online banking transactions.

· Responsible for performing regular bank and cash reconciliation.

· Responsible for generating monthly payroll and salary slips through HRMS software.

· Work in the ERP software as per the defined processes and standard operating procedures.

· Review and manage contacts/agreements with suppliers, outlining terms and conditions.

Minimum Requirement:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• 5–10 years of relevant accounting experience; at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
